EA Sports Active Challenges Wii Fit

The Wii remote and nunchuck controllers are essential to the EA Sports Active Personal Trainer game. However, the game also uses a couple of additional accessories which add to the functionality of the game.

First, the controller leg strap is included as an accessory. A player attaches this to their upper thigh and then slips the Wii Nunchuck controller into it. This allows the game to use the nunchuck's motions sensor function while performing certain activities like strength training, boxing and jogging.

The EA Sports Active game also includes a resistance band. The band is used while doing activities such as shoulder presses and biceps curls. This allows for increased intensity for the exercises.

EA Sports Active is also compatible with the Wii Balance Board, but it is not included with the game. If you have a balance board you can use it to add functionality to some of the exercises.

EA Sports Active offers you a virtual personal trainer that will guide you and encourage you to achieve your fitness and health goals. Throughout your workouts your virtual personal trainer will provide feedback to enhance your workout experience.

With the unique leg strap that comes with the Wii Active movements from both your upper and lower body can be tracked. The included resistance bands add intensity to your workouts.

EA Sports Active can be fully customized to meet your fitness requirements. You can set your intensity level and duration for each circuit.

Only the Wii Active allows you to workout with a buddy. The multiplayer mode lets 2 people exercise together, and with the multiplayer accessory pack, you both have a leg strap and a resistance band.

EA Active for Wii offers 20 circuits that exercise your upper and lower body as well as providing cardio workouts.

With the in-game journal you can track your progress including workouts inside and outside the game.

EA Sports Active is compatible with the Wii balance board making it a perfect complement to add variety to your Wii Fit workouts.
