What is an Eagle Scout
An Eagle Scout is the highest rank earned by a Boy Scout. This title is held for life, and requires many hours of planning, work, service and leadership duties. Eagle Scouts are presented with a medal and a badge that recognizes the accomplishment of the Scout.

Eagle Scout Project
It is quite an honor to earn the ranking of Eagle Scout. For this honor, the young man must have earned at least 21 merit badges and have demonstrated Scout Spirit through the Boy Scout Oath and Law, service, and leadership. He has to plan, organize, and execute a very involved service project. It often involves the help and assistance of others, so he has to manage and lead the work.
