What Are The Diabetes Symptoms
My son is type 1 diabetes and when we first found out we were of course terrible upset and it took a while for us to establish a diabetes plan. But once we got the hang of it we manage quite well.
However I would like to let other people know what diabetes sign and symptoms to look for so they can become more educated and prevent this silent disease to crib up on them. I have written a few articles below about the different "early diabetes symptoms" and warning signs to watch out for.
Early Symptoms Of Diabetes
Diabetes can sneak up on you over a period of time and it is good to educated yourself on what symptoms to look for with pre-diabetes so you can do your best to prevent this silent disease from taken over. You should also get as much information as you can about how blood sugar level affects you.There are certain symptoms you will experience when your blood sugar level becomes to low such as trembling and your heart rate become faster. You can also become drowsy, dizzy; have blurred vision and loss of energy. When this happens to you eat a little something or have a drink of apple juice to bring your blood sugar level back in balance.
The early "symptoms for diabetes" type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes are usually identified by excessive urination, excessive thirst and often followed by weight loss. The excessive thirst comes from to much glucose in the system and the extra work the kidney has to do. If these symptoms worsen it is time to pay a visit to your doctor so you can receive the correct treatment for your early symptoms.
Pre-Diabetes Symptoms
When you experience signs of diabetes the first thing you should concentrate on is a change in your diet. That can reduce any possible risk there may be to a type 2 diabetes suffer.Over weight and obesity can be a treat and trigger early diabetes symptoms. It is recommended keeping a healthy weight and getting no less than 2-3 hours exercise per week, half hour walk 4 to 5 times per week should be sufficient.
When a person is diagnosed with diabetes it is important that the diabetic gets a good understanding of the disease and participate in the help to control the blood sugar level. This will assist in far less complications later in life.

Dieting and Diabetes
Very few people realize how crucial it is to keep your weight down when you are diabetes. If you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes there are some things you can do to help yourself.First of all take off some weight because if you do not begin to take action and fight this silent disease to get the best possible health for yourself then you might have serious complications later on.
Take action and stop the diabetes from controlling you. It may not be easy but you have to fight to get your body back into shape again. It is important that you remain strong and don't give into this disease.
Get active and do some activities that are fun so you can enjoy yourself while you get your weight under control. Do what ever you can to be active and keep in mind that you are doing this because you want to live a healthy life and enjoy your life with your family.
Watch what you eat and stay away from junk food. If it is to hard to manage then you should visit a dietitian and get a diet plan and learn to discipline yourself to live within the limits of this diet plan. There are plenty of great and yet simple and easy "recipes for diabetes" out there that you can choose from so you do not have to suffer but can still enjoy a good healthy meal.
