What to look for if you think you might be pregnant

Some very early pregnancy symptoms come quite early, even prior to missing a period. In this article, you will discover what to look for if you suspect you could be pregnant.

Early pregnancy symptoms can be difficult to pin down because they are very similar to PMS. You could just think that what you are feeling is typical and implies that you will have your period soon.

Amongst the earliest symptoms of pregnancy is fatigue. Strong, overwhelming exhaustion and feeling tired at points in your day when you usually have energy are all symptoms that some women report feeling. The fatigue that is a par tof pregnancy is a result of the pregnancy hormones taking their toll on your body. Fatigue can show up almost right away.

The next common early pregnancy symptom that you may experience is tender, sore breasts. If you have already had a baby, this can be a more obvious symptom and you may even find that your breasts swell fairly early on in your pregnancy.

Morning sickness is another symptom of early pregnancy and the one that seems to be talked about the most. Like many other things in pregnancy, morning sickness varies from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. Morning sickness can be anything from slight queaziness to vomiting and is not just a morning discomfort, despite the name. Some women notice that their morning sickness is worsened by certain smells, including the smells of some food.

Finally, the most undeniable symptom of early pregnancy is missing your period. If you have any of the symptoms above and your period is late, it may be time to take a home pregnancy test or make an appointment with your OBGyn.

I'm not going to lie, this article is very poorly written, it seems like you were just trying to stuff your keyword in the article as many times as you could without being obvious. While you did hit the main keys of pregnancy symptoms, you stuck to as little information as possible. Do you really feel like this page is valuable to a searcher? That's who you need to keep in mind when designing a lense, the searcher, not the search engine. Check out this article about the Most Common Symptoms of Early Pregnancy to see what I mean. Keep trying though and you'll begin to find what searchers are really interested in.

If you're trying to get pregnant, it's most important that you don't drink during the second half of your cycle, after you've ovulated, because that's when you might be pregnant. If you were physically active before your pregnancy, you should be able to continue your activity in moderation. Don't try to exercise at your former level; instead, do what's most comfortable for you now. Low impact aerobics are encouraged versus high impact. Do not let your heart rate exceed 140 beats per minute.

The most common or basic sign of pregnancy is delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Ideally, your next period should be missed but in many cases, bleeding takes place but shorter or lighter then normal periods.

I agree. That's the most natural sign of pregnancy however, there are some cases that even delayed menstrual cycles fails. It's always better to see an OB to make sure.

Missing a period is one of the first early pregnancy signs for some women. You should not use this as a base for determining whether or not you are pregnant, however. Many women lead such active lifestyles that they just forget to track the dates of their periods. Women who participate in strenuous physical activities often don't have a regular cycle which makes it more difficult to determine if they are pregnant or not.
