- I'm not going to lie, this article is very poorly written, it seems like you were just trying to stuff your keyword in the article as many times as you could without being obvious. While you did hit the main keys of pregnancy symptoms, you stuck to as little information as possible. Do you really feel like this page is valuable to a searcher? That's who you need to keep in mind when designing a lense, the searcher, not the search engine. Check out this article about the Most Common Symptoms of Early Pregnancy to see what I mean. Keep trying though and you'll begin to find what searchers are really interested in.

- If you're trying to get pregnant, it's most important that you don't drink during the second half of your cycle, after you've ovulated, because that's when you might be pregnant. If you were physically active before your pregnancy, you should be able to continue your activity in moderation. Don't try to exercise at your former level; instead, do what's most comfortable for you now. Low impact aerobics are encouraged versus high impact. Do not let your heart rate exceed 140 beats per minute.

- The most common or basic sign of pregnancy is delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Ideally, your next period should be missed but in many cases, bleeding takes place but shorter or lighter then normal periods.

- I agree. That's the most natural sign of pregnancy however, there are some cases that even delayed menstrual cycles fails. It's always better to see an OB to make sure.

Many women lead such active lifestyles that they just forget to track the dates of their periods. Women who participate in strenuous physical activities often don't have a regular cycle which makes it more difficult to determine if they are pregnant or not. - Darkening of Areola
- After around 6 to 8 weeks of conception, the baby starts to put pressure on the bladder and makes you urinate more often
- Many women experience implantation bleeding as one of the earliest symptoms of pregnancy

- From my first time of pregnancy, it was really horrible to know that I was pregnant. Of course, I was too young to get pregnant at the age of 18. I was not ready then but with the help of my mom, I managed the labor stuff. Whew! It was hard to be a mom but it was fulfilling moment. Pregnancy Symptoms
