Let's learn some ways to earn money online

In this lens I want to share my experience about PaidTo sites. I didn't know anything about them until a few months ago and I think it's a good way to earn some money with a little effort.

Many services (like PTCs) request a little of your time but it's not more than 30 minutes per day. Other services are simply paying you for doing what you like, such as posting in a forum or simply using a particular searchbox for your normal searches.

Let's see some of them ;)

PaidToClick Sites

a.k.a. PTC

In these sites you are paid to click on ads and to view them for a short period of time (usually 30 seconds).

That means, for example, that if the PTC has 20 ads per day you need at least 10 minutes of you time to click the ads every day. You can't open all ads in different tabs at a time because there are scripts that don't allow to do that, but if you are registered to more than one PTC you can open a tab for each one of them so you won't need 50 minutes for 5 PTCs ;)

PTCs are also paying you for referrals clicks that you can find by yourself or buying them directly from the PTC. Anyway is always recommended to know the PTC before you start investing money and you can do it searching for payment proofs around the web or taking a look at the support forum to know if other users are happy about their investment because when you are buying refs they could already be inactive and you could lose your money.

When you have reached the Payout (that usually is around $10) you can request for payment and most of them are paying on AlertPay or PayPal.

Since many of them switched to AlertPay after having a few problems with PayPal, I started to think that if a PTC is paying on PayPal that means that the admins is more reliable because he didn't get so much refund requests on PayPal (that was why many PTCs had their account blocked and many people started to think that PayPal doesn't like PTCs which isn't true: they don't like unreliable admins).

This should be enough, here are some PTC I'm registered to with my referral links; that means that clicking on the banner you would register in my downline.

07Bux:

15 links per day for standards users but AlertPay Only, support forum available.

ThinkBux:
ThinkBux.com!

7 ads per standard member, I saw payment proofs and they seem to pay in a short time, so I'm giving it a try. I've registered in a group where I get back 100% of money the user is earning by my referral and the guy has already been paid 18 times on PayPal, and they also pay in a few days.

VipBux:

They have around 20 ads per day at $0.01 and they are paying on AlertPay and Paypal. Admins are replying in the forum and making lot of work on this PTC. They seem very professional to me but also a bit too strict with rules. I have bought 5 referrals but I was very unlucky: 4 were active and 1 with 0 click has been replaced in a week but the new one gave me no click at all. After a few days other 3 refs stopped clicking so I simply lost my money. Anyway now admins added a new rule where inactive users are deleted after 15 days, so referral should be a little less risky then before. My Payment Proof! - UPDATE: I've just noticed that in the forum users are complaining because admins are not replying anymore and refs are not clicking. No good time to invest.

CrewBux:
CrewBux.com
Around 7 links per day for standard users, it pays on PayPal too but only for upgraded accounts. Seems to be one of the most reliable and participating in the forum you can find many ways to improve your earnings but only if you are going to upgrade and buy many referrals.

IsabelMarco:

This one is pretty similar to VipBux but admins and moderators seems to be more friendly. 15 ads per day and Payments on AlertPay and PayPal.

NeoBux:

Neobux has only 4/5 links per day @ $0.01 for standard users but the payments on AlertPay are instant and payout is only 2 dollars. They should also add PayPal so I didn't ask for payout, yet.

Xclix:

Payments on AlertPay. There are around 7 ads per day for standards users, support forum available but right now the whole site is offline :(

ClickFantasy:
ClickFantasy.Net
This is an Italian one. They are paying standard users 0.01 euros per click (around 7 ads per day) which is $0.14 per click, on PayPal. Buying referrals is a bit expensive and from time to time admin is changing rules but he also gives offers where you can earn more money subscribing to other sites.

Clickin'me:

For standard users refresh is each 12 hours with 9/10 adverts and they are paying $0.01 per click.

As you could see, I was talking about standard members because each PTC is selling also upgrades. This way you can earn more from your click and also from referrals one but you have to be really careful because sure it works good only if you have many active referrals.

Therefore I can suggest to try only as a standard member, in the beginning, and buying refs or upgrades only when you'll be more expert. But the most important thing is you'll keep investing only the money you've earned online so, even if you will be very unlucky, you wouldn't lose any money ;-)

PaidToSearch sites

a.k.a. PTS

In these sites you only have to add a searchbox to you browser. Don't worry, there's anything to install like a toolbar, they could give you also that option but I suggest you don't install it because the searchbox is not invasive and works good. As soon as you have added this box in your browser, you have to use it as primary searchbox and be sure to click at least one result so they can get money from the search engine and divide that amount with you. It's simple as that. I'm trying these two, at the moment:

MyHomepageFriends:

This site is paying you for simply doing your searches in your browser with Yahoo, using a normal searchbox like the ones you can find on mycroft for FireFox. They pay in pounds on PayPal or UK bank account. My average is £0.017 per search but it seems like UK users are earning more than it. You just need to put a searchbox on your browser, no toolbar or installation is needed. They are paying after 45 days from the end of the month you've earned £20 but in the last months they couldn't manage to pay all users in time so July and August payments are all delayed. They are also using an anti-cheat system that could also be a problem for honest users, I've been warned twice when I did too many searches (over 100) and they said I was doing too much searches in a short period of time. You also have to click always on a search result, if you don't your searches and earnings would be deleted when they are checking your account. When the service started it was called MySearchFunds, so you can search info about it, too.

Scour:Earn money with Scour!
This one is still new so I have to say that I don't know if they are reliable. They pay less than MyHpf but the social system is worth trying and they are using 3 search engines results: Google, Yahoo and MSN and it gives better results than MyHomepageFriends.

PaidToPost Sites

a.k.a. PTP

This kind of sites are really simple: they are normal forums that are paying you for your posts. Some of them are paying for each post but the majority only for a part of them. Usually they are paying from $0.01 to $0.05 but maybe the ones that are paying more have limitations on the amount of money you can earn in a day.

I don't have so much time, so I'm only registered in two of them: MyLot and ChatLife. Here are the links:

MyLot:

I've found it a bit chaotic at the beginning but after a few days I started to like it. It's pretty nice and people are really talking about everything. Categories are named "interests" and adding them to your profile you can easily choose what part of MyLot you want to browse. It's not clear how much they pay and for what, because the system is not known, but on average users say that they are paying $0.01 per post and you can earn more if many people are replying to your discussions or also uploading images.

ChatLife:

When I've been paid it was paying $0.08 per qualified post (on PayPal). I like it because of the atmosphere among users, it's not a forum where you are talking only about money like many PTP forums. Here is my Payment Proof. Unfortunately PaidToPost system is currently closed but the admin is trying to organize it better to start it again. It should be back soon.

How to get referrals?

In each site I talked above one good way to earn more money is getting referrals because they are also paying for the people you are bringing to their site and for a percentage of the work they are doing.

So a big problem is to find referrals without being a spammer and there are a few ways that could help people that maybe don't have a site where they can put the banners.

One is signing up to a site in a forum where users are creating a Downline Builder. This way you are registering under the previous user and the person that will post in the next message has to register under you. So you can only get one referral, and you don't even know if he's going to click, but at least it's better than only registering directly in the site.

Another way is using sites where you can request for referrals with a point system. You are earning point for each program you are subscribing to and request for referrals when you have the right amount of points. To prevent people from registering only to get points, you can monitor for a few days the person under you to see if he is clicking and reject the request for points if he's too lazy.

I'm registered to Simplerefs:

but many people are talking good also about GetRef.com.

That's all!

These are the sites I'm using right now, I've put my referral links but if you don't want to register in my downline you can simply avoid clicking them or delete my nick if you can see it in the registration page.

I'll keep the lens updated with payments proofs and descriptions if something relevant will happen.
