A Background on Chartreuse
More information about the company, Chartreuse!
Chartreuse is a company involved in the selling of organic beauty and self care products, all natural cleaners, reusable products, sustainable items and other eco conscious items. Chartreuse sells items like organic facial cream, reusable dryer sheets, natural diaper cream, soap nuts, and paperless towels, to name a few. All of these products have the goal of using less resources, going organic to reduce pesticide use, and to reuse. How so? Here a couple of examples:
- The reusable paper(less) towels, reusable dryer sheets, and refillable household cleaners (which have concentrate refills -- you supply the water) all will cut down on the amount of things that you throw away and consume.
- The organic shower gel, facial cream, all natural diaper cream, organic all purpose cleaner, and organic gentle relief toner all have natural ingredients that have zero pesticides and harsh chemicals, making you healthier and the environment.
- Refillable bottles reduce energy use and cut down on waste. Instead of buying a brand new bottle every time and transporting large amount of heavy liquid, these concentrate versions are much greener and will use less energy to transport.
The Reusable Tote Bag You Can Win!
2nd Prize Winner!
Spread the word! The more entries received, the better your chances of someone winning this 2nd Grand Prize, the reusable tote bag! It's 100% cotton canvas, and holds 3-4 times as much as traditional plastic grocery bags. Machine washable and fade resistant, this bag will be shipped right to the winner's door!
Eco-Green Bags Tote Bag
Features the EcoGreenBags tree logo, with strong 22" reinforced handles. Double sided print, it folds up easily to take with you grocer shopping or to anywhere!

Bring Your Own Reusable Bags With You Everyday, Not Just Earth Day!
Make Earth Day EVERY Day by ending plastic use!
There are so many reasons you should use reusable bags. The horrible consequences on our environment that improperly disposed of plastic bags cause, the wildlife that suffers by accidentally ingesting plastic bags, our dependence on foreign oil...but there are also some personal benefits to using reusable bags!
1. You'll save on every purchase at most grocery stores. It's small, but it adds up over time!
2. You'll have to make less trips to your car and back. Reusable bags hold much more per bag than those tiny plastic ones!

- This is a beautiful lens on a beautiful subject. I've just written a lens (won't do for the contest, I know) on Disney's new nature documentary called 'Earth' which is being launched on Nature Day. Hopefully, Disney's presence can help make more people think about our planet. Blessed by a brand-new SquidAngel!
