The thing about this list is that it will not totally be biased towards what I think is the easiest, because if you scroll down you will find a poll where hopefully the readers of this article will participate in. But be warned, just because one person thinks the trophies are easy other people may think they are rock hard. Basically, if its your type of game you stand a better chance of getting the platinum.

Before you read any further it has to be said that Megamind: The Ultimate Showdown is THE easiest of the Playstation 3 trophy games. The platinum is achieveable in under 3 hours. There is nothing hard about this game whatsoever. Don't be put off by the trophies where you have to kill a boss without dieing, the only way a boss will kill you is if when you get to him you have very little health left which shouldn't happen because the jumping mechanic is so awful you will most probably die before you get to the boss and have nearly full health anyway.
Burnout Paradise
Burnout Paradise, in my opinion, is the easiest of the trophy games. Basically I think this because for one I'm good at it and for two it is my favourite PS3 game so far. I had fully completed the game before the trophy patch came out, so naturally it was easy for me to Platinum this game.
Burnout Paradise for those that don't know is a free roam arcade style racing game. While your not racing you can spend hours just exploring the town, doing stunts and generally having fun. But when you are racing you can smash the other cars of the road and get what is know as a takedown. It is an unbelievable experience for anyone who enjoys arcade racing, but not as good if you like the simulation racing games like Grand Turismo 5 Prologue and Grid.
The Burnout Paradise trophies are so easy because you only have to complete approximately 70% of the game to get ALL of the trophies, including the Platinum and some of these trophies you get for silliest things. For example, one of the trophies is for inviting a friend to an online game, all you have to do for the trophy is invite them, they don't even have to accept.
Personally I think Sony should not have allowed Criterion to release this trophy patch like this, because quite honestly it makes a joke of the trophy system. It's basically like saying you bought our game here is a Platinum trophy for doing so, they are that easy. Also it has a rather controversial trophy which you need the Playstation Eye for and it is another stupid trophy, basically if someone takes you down and you have the Playstation Eye the person who takes you down gets a snapshot of you (or whatever your Playstation Eye is pointed at) and the silly thing is you get the trophy for it.
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
Uncharted is the game that puts Tomb Raider to shame and it was given a new lease of life when it was released on the Platinum label with a nice shiny platinum trophy to go with it.
A lot of people say this is the easiest of the Trophy games (I have to disagree with this) but most of the people who say it got the platinum for this when there were only two games with platinum trophies (Uncharted and Buzz) and they didn't have any other trophy game to distract them.
I would agree though that 46 of the 48 trophies are easy (because that is how many I have), but the crushing mode is exactly that, crushing. You need a lot of patience to get the Uncharted platinum.

This is the point on Uncharted where I gave up after giving it a good go. The person who recorded this YouTube video says that it took them two hours to get past this bit. But if you are like me and are stuck here, watch and see how it is not done and then how it is done (the video shows him failing a few times before he got it right).

Fallout 3 is a post-apocalyptic action role playing game that you can play in either 1st person or 3rd person views. Because it is a role playing game it will take quite a long time to get the platinum, but having said that it is not hard.
Unfortunately it is very easy to miss some of the trophies, but if you save regularly and you are not afraid to look at the solution now and again you should have no trouble.
In this game you can save anywhere, you don't have to get to checkpoints like in some games which means that you can play for as long or as short as you like. So if you have got very little time to play before you go to work or school or whatever you can easily squeeze 5 minutes of play in, save your game and continue it later.

WWE Legends of WrestleMania has got to be a strong contender for the easiest ever Playstation 3 trophy game. The reason I say this is that ALL of the trophies are attainable if you set the skill level to easy.
You should be able to bag the platinum for Legends of Wrestlemania in approximately 10 hours give or take a couple of hours. Be warned though to get the Legend Killer trophy you will have to set aside 2 hours to beat the last section as you have to beat 38 wrestlers in a row without saving.
Overall The Legends of Wrestlemania is a good game but it doesn't have much lasting appeal as once you have bagged the Platinum there is not much left to do. It does have an online mode though but because I don't really like online competitive games I didn't try it out.

Resident Evil 5 is yet another fairly easy trophy games and the platinum is baggable in less than 40 hours of play.
I must admit though that I have never played any of the Resident Evil games before, but having said that I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Since the game is co-op with the other character being controlled by AI it is possible to gain ALL of the trophies by playing online and if you play the game with it set to anyone can join you will find a lot of helpful people will join the game and help you through it.
There is no real point either in consulting walkthroughs as most of the people who join the game are more than helpful and will aid you in anything you are stuck on.
About the only downfall playing online is the very slight lag you may encounter on the button bashing bits, but if you find yourself repeatedly failing these bits you can always kick your online counterpart, do it solo and reinvite them when you get past it.

Actually I am only guessing that it is an easy platinum but since it replaces 09 (and 10) and is basically the same game then platinum achieveablity should be the same.

This game is a Trophy Hunters dream. All the trophies can be acquired playing the game on easy and the platinum can be achieved with a single play-through. Start the game on Normal and once the first cut-scene has played change the game to easy (this in itself with gain you a trophy). There is no online so the dreaded online trophies do not make an appearance in this game

This game is easy for both the singers and the trophy whores as the singers can get the trophies in the normal way whilst the trophy whores can get all the trophies apart from 3 by placing the microphone next to a noisy fan (yes I know its sad but that is what the trophy whores do). Thankfully though if the trophy whores can't sing they will have trouble getting the platinum. Another thing, all the Disney Sing It games (that have trophies) will most probably be as easy as this one and unlike Singstar the Sing It games have separate trophy lists.

Even though this game has a fairly lengthy campaign it has no multiplayer so it should be a fairly easy platinum... IF you don't mind putting up with all the bugs and freezing and don't mind cracking out a guide not just for all the collectibles but for the things that may not be immediately apparent to the casual gamer.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is another game that has a fairly short campaign and is mostly easy though there are some bits that will have you ripping your hair out. But if you persevere you should be able to bag the platinum in short order.

I have added this game not because it is an easy platinum but because of how unique a game it is. This game is visually amazing with an average platinum difficulty (rated about 5/10 for difficulty). One thing you have to be careful about is where you purchase the game from as only the North American version has trophies. Unfortunately I own the 'Hakuna Matata' version (Korean) which doesn't have trophy support so I can't confirm how easy or hard the trophies actually are.

Another fairly easy platinum. The hard mode is not that hard apart from maybe one of the missions and the time consuming thing as alwasy is the collectables, but if you grab yourself a guide it shouldn't be that bad.

Need For Speed: Undercover and Pure have recently aquired a trophy patch. Both Disney and EA kept it quiet that they were working on a trophy patch for their game. Lets hope that more sofware companies follow suit and patch some of the older games.

- This list is probably too long but i would definitely reccomend lego harry potter years 1-4 and 5 -7. The first one i got june last year and platinumed it that june, and the second one i got christmas and platinumed new years day ( didn't start playing til december 28 because of uncharted 3)

- Madden 12 could be added too.. i got about 80% in less than 20 hours (if you know what you're doing) and the other 20% just took a little longer because you have to wait for other people to buy/sell you cards... what makes the non-online trophies easy is that you can do them on any difficulty and even with 2 people so you can purposely throw pick-6s (which is one of the trophies)

- You did not put Infamous on this list!!! that game is so slow when it comes to get trophies. I have played well over 30+ hours since I got it for free and not even 30% done on trophies. I just got one for picking the poster I liked too. So I am doing good in game.... But X-Blades sounds like a good game.

- Burnout Paradise Trophies are pretty easy.It's just that the burnout paradise map is huge and getting a platinum in this game will take time.Nice lens tough :p

- People who say Cod: W@W is an easy platinum are completely lying to you! I've got this platinum and I'm great at shooters, in fact I play them almost exclusivly. The hardest part is beating the game on veteran, beyond that the rest are easy, some people have had trouble with the sum of all zeros trophy but I got it on my 3rd try.

- I agree, World at War is definitely not an easy platinum ... but when this article was originally written people were saying it was, but that was back in the time when trophy games were scarce and people had more time to work on platinums if they wanted every single platinum there was. I also put the poll in so people could vote to say which were the easiest platinums of the bunch and as you can see World at War has had a lot of votes, maybe some of them are sarcastic votes, but who can really say!!!

- Can't believe Red Dead Redemption isn't up here. The main game is easier to 100% than the likes of Uncharted and Little Big Planet and the online is the only thing that'll take you a while (although you can easily go onto GameFAQs and ask around. You'll get most of the online trophies through one boost session.)

- God of War 3 should be up there, only 36 trophies, and aslong as you can beat the challenges at the end of game and beat it on Titan mode freaking easy game to platinum

- Little big planet isnt easy... its one of the hardest platniums but easiest bronzes lol.....
terminator salvation is the easiest because all you have to do is complete the game on medium and hard.... thats how easy it is...no bronzes..... no silvers... just golds and a platnium
