We just got it last week. My husband is much more athletic than I and we can actually do it togehter. Lots of fun, just be advised that it is not low impact, although you could modify to be lower impact. It's actually fun to work out.

I've lensrolled you on my Wii Fitness games lens. Great content. I cover the general concept of working out with the Wii, but I really haven't gone into depth on any game save the Wii Fit. Its great to see a quality lens on this bestseller.

I am interested in trying WII as part of my own personal routine.

How easy is it, I mean how practical is it to use the WII like this? I would be really interested to hear people's experiences.

    Thanks
