Easter and Spring Cake and Cupcake Ideas

I love spring and the renewal that come with it, and Easter is one of the most wonderful symbols of renewal and rebirth. I think that's why I love Easter so much. I'm always ready to celebrate.

Today I've put together a group of Easter cake and cupcake ideas, to hopefully provide inspiration for your Easter celebration this year. I love some of the stand up bunny and lamb pans, Easter Egg cupcake pans, and decorating ideas out there.

It's easy to make an Easter bunny cake with this cute stand up bunny pan from Wilton. It's one of my favorites year after year. The pan produces a lifelike bunny with long ears and plump cheeks nestled in a sitting position. The set also includes complete instructions for making 5 different bunnies.
