Cookies for Easter

Easter is on its way, the warm weather is creeping in and buying chocolate and jelly beans is in full swing. Most of you like to get Easter baskets or other simple gifts and enjoy the colors of Easter as a reminder that spring has arrived. I like to reminisce about the Sundays with my family when we dressed up and got all decked out for church and couldn't wait to get home and dig into the HUGE Easter basket my mother put together. It literally took us over a month to eat the candy between the 5 of us! We even did some experiments with some of the candies. I won't discuss that though. Some were quite messy and I'm not sure our mother has forgiven us. We all know our favorite part about Easter is the chocolate and the candy. I have crafted this cookie box to be full of color to add to the dimension of the holiday with something unique and tasty.

Easter Cookie Bags

Easter Cookie Bag

For those who don't want to overdo the sweets for the holidays, there are bags available with 8-12 small cookies inside. Featuring the new Malted Milk Cookies, Pina Colada, Chocolate Caramel and Chocolate Chip Cookies. I do apologize for not adding the Spice Cookies with my home-made cream cheese frosting, but the bag would get a little messy and sticky. I figured they're better off without.

Easter Cookie Box

Easter Cookie Box

A box full of delicious cookies holding 2 or 3 dozen cookies depending on your order. Now featuring our new cookie: Malted Milk Cookies. Also included in the box is our Spice Cookie with Cream Cheese Frosting, Pina Colada, Chocolate Caramel Cookies, and Chocolate Chip. Why not give a box of colorful gourmet cookies instead of a basket full of chocolate candy. The candy can get sticky, the jelly beans stick together in one big clump, you have to unwrap each individual chocolate and the foil gets everywhere! Cookie boxes are easy: you lift your hand, decide which one you want (the hardest part), grab it with your hand, and enjoy the flavors teasing your taste buds. It's easy to enjoy, no little foil wrappers everywhere and you simply toss the box when you're done! No clean up! There won't be any leftovers and it won't take you a month to eat them all. It may not even take you 3 hours!

Chloe's Cookie Corner

An Online Cookie Company

Chloe's Cookie Corner strives to create a high quality product of both taste and components in our home made cookies. I have been cooking and baking for years and love it so much I turned it into a business. Each of my recipes makes soft cookies that everyone enjoys, including peanut butter cookies.

The name of the cookie is what you can expect for a flavor explosion in your mouth. Each individual recipe is worked and tweaked and not presented on the website until they are perfected to ensure the best cookie recipes for our patrons. Every recipe is tested and the cookies from scratch place a quality on the name of the company.

We also strive to use good ingredients in each cookie recipe such as home made brown sugar, sauces, toppings, fillings and fresh fruit to develop the best cookies you would only expect from a cookie store. Many from scratch cookies are offered and currently there are about 40 flavors to choose from.

You can order cookies online for yourself, for a party, for your business or you can send cookies to a loved one who is sick, lonely or away at college. You are only limited by your imagination with what you can do with us. There are many choices we have to offer as gift ideas for your loved ones or possibly, your clients. There are more than cookies to be offered as a dessert, we offer gourmet breads and cakes as desserts for your guests when you want to shake it up a little. All of my dessert recipes are from scratch too and you can taste a difference.

Since I have been displeased with the quality of cookies in my area I started a bakery online to provide a service for people who don't have the time to bake gourmet desserts but still want to wow their guests with home made cookies using my recipes from scratch. I hope you enjoy what you see and that I have inspired you to go for the best cookie recipe and realize it doesn't always have to be overboard expensive.

Malted Milk Cookies

Malted Milk Cookies

A brand new addition to our cookie menu. Malt balls are a popular candy during Easter and any other time of the year. I love the malted milkshakes you could get back in the day, and there are still a few places that make them right. This is definitely going to be an Easter ONLY cookie. You should try and get it while you can. Another candy inspired cookie to intrigue you and make you ask for more. The only difference is that they aren't crunchy but soft and chewy.

My mouth is watering...

Spice Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting

Easter Spice Cookies

These cookies are featured very often because everyone likes them. They are a top ordered item on my main list on our web page. The spice is just the right blend; not too spicy and not too weak; and the cream cheese frosting is home-made from scratch which makes it delicious! I really don't like store bought boxed and canned baking goods. They just don't taste the same. Not only do these cookies taste excellent (you can read comments on my blog http://www.chloescookiecorner.com), but the home-made aspect makes it very fun for me and I really enjoy what I do.

You'll have to check out my lens: "How did the cookies start" My peanut butter cookies are what started it all and my signature cookie for my business. That lens needs more work so there isn't much there. But there are pictures.

Pina Colada Cookies

Easter Pina Colada

Okay...the pineapple doesn't really make my cookies THIS yellow. If it did, I might question where I was getting my supply. I gave them a little a color to add the bright colorfulness for Easter. They still taste the same (still one of MY favorites) with the sweet taste of pineapple and real chunks of pineapple IN the cookie. They are also topped with a generous amount of real coconut for that added nuttiness of your Uncle Victor. Oh wait...I mean the sweet nutty flavor of coconut. I like my sweet mixed drinks and this cookie is named after one of my favorites. No I didn't put any alcohol in THIS recipe (yes...there are some) so they are safe for your under-aged candy enjoying family members to eat as many as they like without the effects of having a hangover. Sugar rush...maybe.

And for more great tastes...

Chocolate Caramel Cookies

Chocolate Caramel

Oh...the ooey, gooey, soft chocolate cookie with home-made caramel blended right into the batter. Okay...I need a bib because I just drooled all over my own shirt. They are also topped with chopped pieces of Milky Way bars. This is one of my husband's favorite cookies off my menu and I have to periodically bake a few for him. I find it amazing that I bake my cookies ALL the time for local orders and I usually bake an extra for tasting (any good chef knows you taste your product to check that it meets your standards) and I never get sick of them. I actually bake a few extra for myself to enjoy! I'm surprised I'm not 1200 pounds! I'm sure chasing after Chloe all the time helps.

Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easter Chocolate Chip

Yeah...these have some added color as well. I gave them a little blue tint but the yellowish color of the batter washes it out a little. What more can you say about chocolate chip? Everyone likes them differently as well. I have had the pleasure of several EXTREMELY picky eaters taste my chocolate chip cookies and tell me that they were the BEST they had ever had in their life! I guess that means I'm in the right business. One of these people prefaced with the comment "I don't care for you very much but your cookies are amazing!" Needless to say, he got to know me better over the last 5 years and we are actually pretty good friends today. And he still orders cookies from me; his favorite: chocolate chip.
