Easter Eggs, yummy yummy Easter eggs. I love them, they taste special, they look special and.....they can make you really fat.
If you have been dieting since January to try and get rid of the Christmas weight gain, well Easter is a sure fire way to ruin all your good work. This is a list of the most popular fattening Easter Eggs out there, the calories, the fat content and the saturated fat.

This table give the calories for the shell only, not the goodies inside.I love the way there is always one side of the egg shell that is chunkier than the other and it's great trying to prise it apart without breaking it! It is so satisfying to take the egg out it's box and open up the foil. The egg always smells so delicious and looks so brown and shiny!

Information for a Healthy Diet
According the UK National Health Service, people should eat the following amounts per day to stay at a healthy weight:Women - 2000 calories per day
Men - 2500 calories per day
Obviously if you are very active, then you need to eat more and if you are very sedentary you need to eat less.

- I'm of the belief that there are no calories in any easter eggs eaten on Easter Sunday! Those creme egg commercials make me laugh so hard, my family think it's more hilarious to watch my reaction than the advert :D My favorite easter egg? There's so many to choose from, but probably an English Cadbury's chocolate buttons one (must be English as the Australian and NZ ones taste different!!).
