    I was torn between choosing quiche and frittata as my favorite brunch item. Love 'em both! And serve them frequently too. We love to serve mimosas with our brunch fare, as long as no one is driving afterward. I can't wait to try some of your recipes, especially that overnight coffee cake. Yum yum, as our little one says.

    Sunday Brunch is one of my favorite meals to make for friends and family that are visiting. Many of the recipes your share are ones I have used, but I will be trying some new ones here too. Thanks for sharing!

    I made the Overnight Baked Apple French Toast. do not put the sugar in the small bowl to cook. it simply caramelizes and becomes a hard goop and there is no way you can 'spread' this in your pan. just take the brown sugar and sprinkle it in the bottom of the baking dish before after you re-applied the 'pam' and before you put the apples on top followed by the overnight-soaked bread back. I guarantee it will be most delicious.

    Great brunch ideas. I've had the baked apple french toast before and it is really yummy! You have several other recipes I will try at my next brunch. The crab-eggs look particularly good!
