Research

During reding cookbooks on the internet, I ran a personal record of cookbooks. I have read over 30 popular cookbooks, wich can currently be found online. I took into consideration price, quality and ease of cooking recipes. Taking into account these attributes, the highest grade received cookbook called "The Paleo recipe book".

Since I've become a Paleo/Primal enthusiast, I've been on a mission to find some of the best recipes so I can spice up my meals. I've read countless blogs, hunted down low-carb cookbooks so I can "Paleo-ify" the recipes, and spent entirely too much time obsessing about how I can use my dining hall's resources to make some really awesome recipes.     I follow the paleo diet and I feel amazing and my performance has increased so much since starting it about two years ago. Im a lvl1 crossfit coach here at crossfit buffallo these are my strength stats
