Weight Is a Problem...

Would you rather eat a nice juicy rib-eye steak with a side of creamy delicious mashed potatoes or some broccoli?
Be honest with yourself...
You know you want the steak.

For some people this question is a no-brainer. Why? Because the steak is more appealing than the broccoli. This is why so many people lead unhealthy lifestyles.

Next time you go to the grocery store look into your basket and take note of what you have chosen. For most people their note would be: meat, processed foods, candy, and more meat.

This is NOT good.

Why? Meat needs to portioned and is suppose to be a minor contributor to daily consuption, processed foods (i.e. boxed foods, hot dogs, frozen fish sticks, ect...) contain little to no nutritional value, and candies which are jam-packed with sugar which has many negative effects on the body.

These unhealthy food decisions are extremely negative, especially in this equation:

Add this common food consumption to little to no excersize.
What does that equal?
Obesity and Health Problems!!!

For a lot of people it is too late, they are already overweight and suffer from massive health problems. If this is you, DO NOT PANICK, there are many solutions to your problems. Two popular solutions include dieting and excercise.

Exercise

The least favorite way to lose weight

ExerciseOne common way to lose weight is through exercise.
This is good, but it takes time and requires devotion and consitency. Its not a one time deal, you have to be committed to your plan.

Working out can be free or cost a small fee. Either you can create a work out routine that requires a gym or you can use ingenuity and work out without equipment. In order for this to work, you need to create a regular routine that enables you to stay organized and reach maximum benifts. Every person is unique and has their limitations, that is why it is better to create your own original work out routine.

When creating your routine try and seperate your devoted time to work on cardio, upper body, and lower body. Add some time for a break and maybe some yoga. Do not forget to stretch before your work out, without stretching you can pull or even tear a muscle.

If you use a gym: do not use any random machine, coordinate with your plan, use a machine that matches the muscle you plan on working on for that day.

If you get discouraged, find a buddy or personal trainer to try and help motivate you!

Dont forget that you do not need to spend money on fitness equipment or a gym membership. You can jog/run outside for cardio or you can lift a heavy object, do sit-ups, or push-ups for upperbody; use your mind to figure out ways to work out your body.

If you want to try and speed up weight loss you can add dieting to your exercise plan, or you can just diet, it doesnt matter what you do as long as you try.

Dieting

DietingIf your the type of person who doesnt like to work out at the gym or who just doesnt have the time too, here is a nice solution to your problem. Dieting isn't easy it requires time and self-decipline. What is dieting? In a nut-shell its just reducing your caloric intake.

So.. how do i reduce my caloric intake?

Easy... WHATCH WHAT YOU EAT!

Limit the foods that are bad for you, while increasing the good foods.
What are the bad foods? bad foods are the ones that contain too much sodium, too much sugar, too much oil, and plainly too much calories!
What are the good foods? fruits and veggies!

Just like with exercise, you need to make a routine that helps you plan out what you consume throughout the day. In addition with eating a large amount of fruits and veggies and being cautious in what you eat, you should take vitamins to help improve your health state.

If you want to increase weight loss you can add exercise to your diet plan or if your ever discouraged about dieting invite a friend or spouse to join you and help motivate and support your diet.
