Easy, homemade dinner rolls
Dinner rolls have been a family meal staple for years. Yet this is another recipe that I didn't try for the longest time, because I thought they were time consuming and hard to make. I had found a recipe I liked, and it made up quickly in my bread maker. But then rolling out and cutting the dough was a bit too time consuming for me. So I went back to store bought dinner rolls or had different types of bread for dinner. Then I saw this easy way to make dinner rolls, that I could use with the recipe that I liked, and now I make dinner rolls quite often. Even my kids ask for them, and if there are any leftovers, they'll eat them for breakfast.
As with any bread recipe you can change it up any way you want. Use your favorite dough recipe, or use mine, adding your own touches to it. What makes it so simple, for me, is that I don't have to roll or cut them.
