The Easiest Way to Lose Weight Fast
Yes, you can lose weight fast, really fast. It's actually pretty simple for most people, as long as you have good health to begin with.
The trick involves two basic things. You need to decrease your caloric intake and increase you metabolism. Or, if you want to go the low-carb route, cut back your intake of carbs dramatically.
What do I mean by dramatically? Immediately limit your intake of carbohydrates to 20 grams or less a day. Most people get results within three days or so, even without exercise (a little exercise kicks it into turbo drive!).
But to keep it simple, you really only need to either reduce the calories you take in each day, down to 800 or 1,000, or reduce the carbs to below 20 grams, and increase your metabolic rate.
How do you increase your metabolism? You exercise! That's the quickest way. Hey, you can do 30 pushups right now, or jog around the block or ride a bike, and you've instantly increased your metabolism!
And the more muscle you gain, the more your metabolism will increase and the more fat you will burn, even when you're resting. It's a gift that keeps on giving!
There are other ways to increase your metabolism. We'll get to that later.
You can lose weight really fast, but you have to work at it. You need to be committed and focused in order to lose weight fast.
