This is a great lens. I am always trying to do as much as possible to stay green and the easier it is to do the better. I liked the tip about keeping your freezer well stocked (I never knew that before). I'm now going to look through some more of your lenses to get some more tips. Thanks!

We're getting better at living green. Once it becomes a habit, its not hard to keep it up. We've always recycled and now we're trying to get better about reusing things. Our new heat pump cut our electric bill in half and we hope to add another layer of insulation to the attic before fall rolls around again.
    Great lens
    Thanks for sharing
    Lizzy

A page after my own heart. I agree, you can never have too many green tips, and you have an excellent collection. I particularly like your suggestion to take reusable produce bags with you to keep plastic bags out of the waste stream and protect produce longer. They work! Easy enough to stuff a few into your reusable shopping bag.
