Easy Hot Dog Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Cans of Condensed Vegetable Soup
• 8 Light Hot Dogs
• Spray Oil
• Prepared Mashed Potatos (boxed or regular--4 to 6 servings)
• 3 Slices American Cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Use a pan that can be used on the stove top as well as in the oven. Place the pan on the stove top over medium high heat. Cut the hot dogs into round disks. Using spray oil, heat them over the stove until browned. Reduce heat to medium. Add cans of soup, do not add water. Cook until heated through. Top with dollops of mashed potatoes until covered. Tear cheese slices into strips and place around top of mashed potatoes. Bake in oven 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
