Try This Easy Italian Meatballs Recipes
Maybe meatball popularity is tied with their simplicity in both eating them as well as making them, and my recipe is no different: it is really easy and fast, and if you have a few minutes, I am sure you will agree with me.

Meatballs Recipe
- Serves: 6
- Prep Time: 40 Min.
- Total Time: 90 Min.
Nice thing about being your own cook is that you can take whatever I write down and change it to suit yourself. But if you follow my recipe just for once, I'm sure you will want to keep those changes to bare minimum
Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground pork
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 chopped onions
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
- 1 cube of Maggi bullion (or 1 table spoon of Vegeta)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of minced parsley
Instructions
1) Mix everything together. Mix it with your fingers and then work it inside the bowl until it all becomes uni-formal mass.
2) Many people prefer to bake them, but I learned to fry them on an iron cast 3 inches deep frying pan, but you can use any pan that is non stick.
3) Turn them around until all sides are well darkened.
4) Now in the same dish pour 1 can of tomato spaghetti sauce. Throw in another chopped onion, 2 gloves of garlic, glass of water, 2 cubes of Maggi soup bullion, 2 cups of water, teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt.
5) Let the sauce simmer for few minutes, until onions soften up, then put your meatballs back in and add some parsley, oregano and a half of finger of dried rosemary.
6) Put the burner down to low and let it simmer for addition half an hour. Longer it simmers, better it will taste.
Serve it until its all gone.
Meatballs Sandwiches
My kids love to eat them this way (no salad, no forks, just a sandwich) that unfortunately I rarely get to have some.

Make Meatballs more interesting
Another great way to make it more interesting is by using cheeses, mozzarella or any hard cheese that can melt good, to cover it with once meatballs are done. That will add an extra kick for the kids who might be saying, "what, meatballs again...?"
