Fudge Poll
So how do I make this Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge?
This is how..
- Serves: 4 dozen squares [you decide how many each]
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes or less
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups White Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 Bowl of White Marshmallows [I Prefer Marshmallow Fluff because its unique!]
- 2 Tea Spoons of Vanila
Instructions
1. Heat the butter in heavy saucepan [low-medium heat] until melted.
2. Once your butter is melted, add the evaporated milk, white sugar and boil.
3. Stir the mixture constantly until it thickens [like pudding]. This will only take about 2 minutes or less.
4. Now turn off the heat, add in the chocolate chips and vanilla and don't forget to stir constantly while adding the ingredients.
5. Finally add the Marshmallows into the fudge mixture and stir well until it melts into the fudge.
6. Transfer the chocolate marshmallow fudge mixture onto a glass tray and let your fudge cool for a while.
7. Cut it into squares and serve it however way you like.

- I haven't made fudge for years but I love marshmallow chocolate fudge and I'm thinking it would be great without any added sugar since there is sugar in the chips and the marshmallows. I've been having really good luck using Heshey's special dark chocolate chips in recipes, it is extra smooth.
