This page about making easy Paella reminds me how much I love this dish! Even better that it is wheat free :)

I love paella but never dare to make it. The way you do it looks simpler than all the recipes I found. I love mine with chicken and seafood, chorizo could be nice too in there.

The first time I has paella I was in Puerto Rico and it was awesome. We tried to find a simple recipe when we got home and found one that was too simple as it substituted a lot of ingredients and it just wasn't the same. I am thrilled to find this lens and have now added a paella pan to my wish list. A very well done lens and we shall try your recipe when I get my pan of course.

Now you are talking! We never got to really try Paella when we were on our Southern Spain vacation ... that was our very last vacation and I can still taste those delicious Spanish dishes.

I love paella valenciana. When my husband and I went to Spain and Portugal years ago, we tried all kinds of paella and every place seems to make them differently. The best one I liked was at Algarve,Portugal. Thanks for the great recipes and demos. I will definitely try the paella de mariscos.

"a real Spaniard character" - I like that! No, really, I have never prepared paella because, although I love seafood, my family is not big on it. But I like the way you showed the more time-consuming way and the easy way and explained the difference. Very good lens on paella. 5*

I don't cook much anymore, but these paella recipes look delicious. I love seafood in all forms, so the seafoods you've featured here are very appealing. Yum.
