Health and Weight Loss Benefits of Green Tea

Green tea is becoming very popular for it's many health and quick weight loss related benefits, so I wanted to share some facts from the many research studies that have looked into why green tea is so good for us.

I've listed some of the benefits below, and published the research results I found here.

Can Green Tea Help Quick Weight Loss

By now, almost everyone who uses health and dietary supplements will have heard of Green Tea; although primarily known for the benefits it provides as an antioxidant, it has many other positive health properties. If you are looking to use green tea as a quick weight loss product, they're available in liquid form, for drinks, or tablets if you prefer; either way excess calories will be lost when used.

How Green Tea Helps With Weight Loss

When used for extended periods it helps to re-generate human body cells and as a consequence actually slows down the normal aging process. Although it is the toxin removal and laxative qualities that help with weight loss when taken regularly. The body's system is stimulated into burning more calories than usual, and will thus avoid useless accumulation of fat tissue.

The wonderful work that green tea weight loss supplements can do is easily undermined by a person whom believes they no longer need to contribute because it will do everything for them without any effort on their part. It is important to remember that weight loss also requires a person to completely change their eating habits otherwise just consuming the product will be a waste of time.

Getting The Best Weight Loss Results From Green Tea

For the best results when using green tea as a hot drink; you are advised to use it prior sleep when the metabolism is slowing down. Weight loss products containing this product can take some getting used too and often there may be some bowel irritation for a couple of days but it will pass.

Such green tea weight loss effects are normal, particularly if you haven't used the plant before as the body adjusts to the accelerated metabolism that eliminates the toxins much faster, before they pass into the blood. It doesn't take long to see the results and if you follow your diet correctly; i.e. increasing your liquid intake, regular exercise and eating fruit and vegetables then expect to see good results within your first week.

Effective Green Tea Combinations

Often, green tea is combined with other products to work more effectively and one such product is ginseng. The ginseng extracts add essential vitamins and supplements to the products and have been used in china for millennia.

Increasing the energy and vitality level of the user, ginseng is a valuable addition to green tea products especially for people trying to get back to what should be their normal weight. Although safe to use, ginseng and green tea are not normally used for periods beyond six months at a time.

Sorry but I disagree with the author, otherwise a nice article.

Green Tea is a thermogenic and as such raises the body's ability to metabolize and burn energy. It is probably many other things besides this, such as a weak anti-oxidant but at this time, its these two primary qualities that we know of and not the regeneration that you mentioned above.

As a thermogenic, it would aid the body in burning calories. Also, try 1-2 weeks on and a week off, don't take anything that acts even as a weak medicine for 6 months straight unless under doctors orders.

The body is simply to intelligent to be fooled into changing its routine even by wonderful plant herbology such as ginseng and green tea.
