Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Welcome to my Easy Recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies

The one cookie that almost everyone loves. Chocolate chip cookies are almost a comfort food to some. This recipe is the one I've been using since I got married and well that is almost 25 years. A tried and true recipe that all my guys love. Chocolate chip cookies are the perfect accompaniment to a nice cold glass of milk! So even if you think you are not so great at baking this is one recipe that you can't mess up! Simple and basic ingredients come together to make these delicious chocolate chip cookies. Plate some up for company or send a few to the neighbours for a treat, that is if there are any left. Hope you give the recipe a try and enjoy them.

Recipe for Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

1 cup butter or marg. (I prefer butter)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (omit if you use salted butter)
1 cup and a few more chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a medium size bowl cream butter til smooth and then add the brown and white sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla til mixed. Measure in the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Stir til mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
Remove from sheets and cool on racks. Enjoy!

    Yeah I love chocolate chip cookies.. I'm going to do a recipe on a lens with Xocai healthy chocolate :) They will be expensive but amazing!
