You can use a very simple method to steam your problems away.

Even if you are on Ventolin or another asthma medication, with permission from your doctor, you can use easy to find essential oils to ease your congestion, clear your lungs and sinuses, and feel a million times better right away!

The first amazing oil that I am recommending is EUCALYPTUS.

Eucalyptus oil is one of the best oils for using either in a nebulizer, a vaporizer, or by steaming directly.

You can even put it on your pillow at night for quick relief.

Carry Eucalyptus oil in your bag or pocket for an instant inhaler, and feel immediate relief!

Eucalyptus oil can be used by anyone of any age.

Even the smallest baby can use it without any problems or side effects.

For the nebulizer for a baby or small child, use 1 to 2 drops.

For an older person up to 4 drops can be used.

With the vaporizer, 4 drops or more is fine.

With steam, use from 1 to 4 drops, depending on how strong you want it to be.

All you have to do to use the Eucalyptus Oil with steam is to boil water, and either keep it in the pan or put it in a stable bowl.

Have a towel ready and just before you steam put the Eucalyptus Oil in the water and close your eyes.

Breathe deeply allowing the steam to enter your lungs and sinuses thoroughly.

You will be amazed at the relief you will get!

Just make sure that you done have the pan or bowl in an unsafe place when you use it.

It should preferably be on a very sturdy table on top of a towel (for more stability).

You can also use THYME or PINE oils for similar results.

You may prefer to use natural herbs instead of essential oils.

This is easily done.

You can use the same types of herbs as the essential oils.

Eucalyptus, thyme, and pine herbs are fantastic for asthma (and other bronchial problems) relief.

You can steam with them (as above), or use them in a vaporizer.

When you use natural herbs you are avoiding all the side effects of using chemical medications.

You get relief without any of the detrimental side effects.

And, most of the time, the relief is quicker and more effective than the chemical medications ever were. (Sorry pharmaceutical companies)....
