Easy Blogger Creator Pro is no longer for sale or supported by its creators. In fact the creators shut down their internet marketing division in June of 2009 and gave away free licences to all of their software. Unfortunately this offer is no longer available.
Many people seemed to think that easy blogger creator and easy blogger creator pro was an automatic blog maker or autoblog software but this is not the case. It was only designed to enable you to create many blogger blogs from the desktop interface.

You may still be able to find easy blogger creator pro through various shareware sites and a few internet marketing forums. But in my opinion.....not worth the time.
You should be aware that the software is out of date and many of the features are obsolete. In fact from what I could gleen from some of the reviews from users (not from review sites trying to sell you the software). The amount of time and effort involved in setting up the software could have been better spent setting up the blogs manually. This is opinions from actual users.
