EasyCalm Review

EasyCalm is actually my favorite anxiety/panic treatment program. It is, however, not as famous as other programs, such as Panic Away. Most people who suffer from anxiety and panic and have been looking for treatments online may have heard about Panic Away and The Linden Method. Panic Away, Linden Method and others are quite good, but in my humble opinion, EasyCalm is easily the best. Why? Well, first of all, it is different. Instead of getting e-books with hundreds of pages, you get videos. As a former anxiety and panic sufferer, I can tell you, concentration is not easily attainable when you are under the curse of panic and anxiety. With your mind racing, and your heart palpitating, how in the world are you going to concentrate to read pages after pages of e-books?

Who Is The Author?

The author is Jon Mercer. As you might have guessed, Jon was a sufferer himself. He claims to have suffered from anxiety and panic for over 20 years! That's a really long time! I wonder if he has a child during those 20 years. I hope not.

Of course, over those 20 years, he has developed a system to effectively combat his crippling disorder. Kind of like a blessing in disguise, I say. The difficult years he has been having inspired him to make a video tutorial product on how to combat anxiety and panic. Now he teaches those techniques through his product, the EasyCalm.

What Do I Get After Buying?

The EasyCalm package contains:

  • Videos of Jon Mercer himself talking to you on how to counter anxiety and panic. The videos are divided into 10 parts, adding up to a total running time of over 3 hours.

  • Audio file guiding you through meditation sessions. It is called "The Recharger".

  • "The Six Minute Miracle" audio file. This guides you through visualization sessions.

  • The audio version of the EasyCalm video tutorial. I like that they give you this, because you can multitask while listening to the EasyCalm on your iPod. Saves time.

Watch the first part of the video!

Jon Mercer has uploaded the first part of his video tutorial series for those who would like to have a taste before buying. From this video, you can see that Jon Mercer is a friendly guy who is keen to help you overcome your anxiety and panic. This was what convinced me to buy his product.

What I Like About EasyCalm

  • What I like most is, it's different from other programs out there. From what I have gathered, people seem to like video tutorials much more than e-books or articles. I know I do. That is why YouTube and other video hosting sites are flooded with tutorial videos. The fact is, information is delivered much more easily and clearly through audio visual stimulation than, well, reading.

  • What he teaches are basically techniques to overcome your control issues and pessimistic thinking, which he claims are the root of your anxiety and panic. He teaches this in a very friendly manner. He's like a therapist in your screen, at a fraction of the cost of a real therapist.

  • Everything is delivered clearly and easy to understand.

What I Do Not Like About EasyCalm

I'm not a native speaker. That's why I'm disappointed that there is no subtitle file supplied. I have to concentrate to get what he is saying. Thank god for the rewind button! Also, there is only email support.

In Conclusion

This product is one of the best, I say. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. For me, it blows Panic Away and Linden Method out of the water. I'm not an avid reader. I prefer videos to e-books. I find reading to be quite..stressful. Pages and pages of instructions. It's like school all over again! That is why this Easy Calm review also praises this product. Another favorite of mine is Panic Puzzle. Read the Panic Puzzle review to find out more.
