According to the United States Department of Agriculture, it's the most popular meat, having passed up beef since the '90's. Looks like we're a nation with a passion for chicken.

While all of this chicken eating is going on, we are at the same time having problems finding a moment to put a good meal on the table. We are stressed and pressed for time. More and more, the family unit suffers because of this lack. It's very important that you can find the time to eat with your loved ones in order to spend those quality moments together.
