Chicken Recipes Featuring Cambell's Soup!

Note: All baking times may not apply to your oven as they vary (I have to add 10-25 minutes!) Always check your chicken to make sure it is well cooked!

Campbell's® Healthy Request® Chicken & Pasta Primavera
From: Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
- 1 can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti, cooked without salt

Directions:
MIX soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder and vegetables in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until tender-crisp.
ADD chicken and heat through. Serve over spaghetti.

  • Tasty 2-Step Chicken (SUPER EASY!)
    From: Campbell's Kitchen
    Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients:
    - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    - 4 boneless chicken breast halves
    - 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    - 1/2 cup water

    Directions:
    HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned. Set aside. Pour off fat.
    ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done.
  • One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake
    From: Campbell's Kitchen
    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Bake Time: 45 minutes
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients:
    - 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    - 1 cup water *
    - 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
    - 1/4 tsp. paprika
    - 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

    Directions:
    MIX soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.
    BAKE at 375°F. 45 min. or until done.

    TIP: *For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups.
    Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable blend. For dessert serve pear wedges.
