The truth a little Crystal Light to your bottled water for some flavour or try Propel or Smart Water. Staying hydrated is really the corner stone of health because it flushes all the toxins out of your body and encourages repair. Your body is much more apt to repair itself when it's not bogged down by excess toxins. So, you wouldn't expect calcium to come from a fish would you? Or strength from a bean? Oh, but they do! Read on and marvel at the glow worthy trinkets hidden in your every day foods...

*LENTILS: (Or those diskette-like green "split peas") Are great for your hair! Lentils really are a star food; they're packed with fiber and are also heart-healthy. Let's not forget that they're loaded with proteins which strengthen the hair.

*APPLES: Fibrous and excellent toothbrushes! Really-- they're nature's toothbrushes. Not only do they provide insoluble fiber which makes going number 2 a bit easier, but they naturally clean the teeth as you eat. Chomp on!
