Love to Be Fit, Hate to Exercise?
Most of us would love to be at our peak - to feel full of energy and ready for anything.
But then, after a full day's work at home or outside it we don't have much energy left for anything other than lying on the couch comatose in front of the TV.

"We want to be fit but we always come up with excuses - usually that we have no time"
How Can I Find the Time?
But it's just not the case.
You can get fit in the comfort of your own home - and you don't even need to drag yourself away from the TV.
What can you do?
Well how about
* skipping
* rebounding on a mini trampoline
* stepping
* marching on the spot
* dancing
right there in your lounge.
You can also do a variety of aerobic steps, whatever takes your fancy.
If you feel silly making up a routine get a DVD - there are heaps to choose from these days - and you find loads of them abandoned in charity consignment stores if you're on a tight budget.
Once you have learned your routine you can go back to watching your normal shows while you exercise.
Look after your Muscles too
You can do a simple routine with hand weights and/or resistance bands without eating into too much of your week.
