Guacamole is an easy, healthy food that literally anyone can make in minutes. But, the best part about it is that if you bring it to any party, everyone loves it and will think you are a master in the kitchen.
Directions
- 2 large, ripe avocados.
- Minced garlic
- Lime juice
- 2 serrano chili peppers
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- cilantro
- salt
Here is what you do with the ingredients:
- Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit, then take a spoon and scoop out the avacodo into a bowl and throw away the skin.
- Add 1 tbsp. of the minced garlic, 1 tbsp. of the lime juice, 2 pinches of cilantro and 2 pinches of salt.
- Finely chop the serrano peppers and add them to the mix.
- Finely chop up 1/4 of the red onion and add to the bowl.
- Chop up the cherry tomatoes and remove the seeds, then add to the bowl.
- Mash and mix all the ingredients in the bowl with a fork.
- Serve it with anything you want, and your done!
- * You can add and remove ingredients as you wish. Once you have made it a few times you will know what you like and you don't like added and you can modify the recipe. Its just that easy and it will still taste good.
- ** Note that if you can't fine serrano peppers, I like to substitute Cholula hot sauce into the ingredients for an excellent taste, and a little spice.
