There are so many you can come up with.
My favourite one is:
"Hey ....I bet you have a beautiful smile"
Mostly she will smile and then you say:
"I was right"
And...even better, if she is really sour or nasty...you can just say:
"Guess I was wrong", shrug your shoulders and carry on with what you were doing.
