Congratulations! You are pregnant! To make your pregnancy easy I want to create a list of items you will need during your pregnancy. Being mom myself, I have discovered that I can make my pregnancy easy and comfortable. During these 9 months you need all energy you can get!
1. Massage & Bath Oils
Let's start from small things.
Relax with massage or bath oil.Your well-being is most important. Try to spend some time in the bath.It will help you to relax and it will relieve stress, tension and pain! They make make skin silky & smelling gorgeous.
2. Pregnancy pillow is a must.
Please believe me!
When I was pregnant...it was my 4th month...I could not get proper sleep. Baby didn't let me! You know that baby lives on a 24 hour clock with a metabolism taht keep going even when you want to sleep.Get yourself a good quality pregnancy pillow. It will help you get restful sleep during those uncomfortable stages of pregnancy when getting comfortable is a difficult task.
