  Anyway, personally, I prefer ViralURL to PowerLink Generator when it comes to ease of use. It does save me some server bandwidth, and it is amazingly viral which is indeed a BIG PLUS Point when it comes to marketing... Moreover, I can do SPAM-Free Email Marketing and grow my business with it...

  For a FREE Solution which is reasonably good, you can visit The Affiliate's Secret Weapon. It's actually pretty cool as not only can you cloak your link, you can also remove the vendor's links to the affiliate program on the affiliate sales page itself. When a sneaky fellow wants to steal your affiliate link by checking out the affiliate program information provided by the vendor, he/she can't do so easily because the link to the affiliate program is simply removed by script =) With most cloaking programs, to remove such links requires you to bypass completely the affiliate sales page and create a new sales page that will link directly to the order page.

  Well, remember to test out your resulting link to see if the site is presented correctly. For example, you wouldn't want to use the link if it displays a mutated page like this when it's really better off displaying the actual affiliate site. So far so good... But you really need to check the generated site especially when the original site includes some audio-visual elements. Do feedback to me if there are any issues that we should all be concerned with =)

  
  

  You might want to use PHP scripts to cloak your links. This would involve owning your own domain name and having it hosted where you can control your own website's content. I pretty much use KIOSK.ws to host my domains.
  
  Ok, back to the php scripting... Usually, when we market some Clickbank product, there's a high chance that the viewer also has a Clickbank account, and wants to replace your Clickbank userid with his/her own userid.
  
  If you're familiar with html source codes, you might still find it difficult to hide the Clickbank affiliate link without compromising on your cookies and commission tracking... You would also want to disable of the vendor's affiliate program links whereby the vendor would lead the visitor to a page to entice him/her to become one of his/her affiliates, meaning, it's where the visitor can easily gain access to the affiliate link without having to search through the Clickbank marketplace. Bottomline is this: If someone means to commit commission theft, there's no way we can totally stop him/her... But do take heart, we all reap what we sow.
  
  Here's a quick fix though involving php scripts:
  
  1. Duplicate the vendor's website, removing all the undesirable links... save it as a php file such as "vendor.php".

  There are other solutions, usually involving sending the visitor straight to the purchase page. It does work for some products, but many of them are not working well as more and more vendors have found some ways to make it more difficult. You'll discover that on an increasing number of vendors' sites, the Buy Button will lead you to an oto page or an order.php page. If you try to skip that and put in the infamous order link which includes your clickbank id, the vendor's ids, and pay.clickbank.net... you'll discover that they don't work anymore in your favour.
