Easy Way To Lose Weight - Stop Dieting! Start Eating.

Are you dieting and still struggling
to lose weight? Are you experiencing general poor health and wondering why nothing's working?

WHEN YOU USE OUR FORMULA YOU WILL...

* Lose weight each and every time you eat or drink
* Create a habit that lasts a lifetime, with very little change in your lifestyle
* Set yourself up for guaranteed success
* Automatically reach your natural weight
* Keep the weight off for life!
* STOP DIETING FOREVER!

A recent study published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that the average adult American gains half a pound a year, and never loses that extra weight. After 10 to 30 years of adulthood, it's no surprise that a majority of us are 10 to 30 pounds overweight.

Even more concerning, adults that are already overweight or obese gain even more weight per year that they will never lose over their lifetime.

I'm sure similar statistics will hold true for most developed nations around the globe.

It's obvious that dieting doesn't work. There are more diet books, diet programs, diet foods and diet websites than ever before in history. Yet, the world is becoming increasingly obese.

And then we tell you what you can do about it!

If you can do simple math, then you can melt away your extra pounds.

One of our relatives recently visited us during the Christmas season. She took our strategy and used it from Christmas through the middle of January.

We just got an email from her. She lost a pound a week! And it gets better...according to her e-mail, she still ate cookies and ice cream for dessert!

You do the math on this one. If you can lose a pound a week, how much weight will you have lost in 16 weeks, just 4 months' time? 16 POUNDS!

You CAN have McDonalds

I heard two health reports on cable news this
week that are very, very interesting.

First, a man appeared on Good Morning America and said he'd lost over 80 pounds eating
He ate wraps, apple dippers (no caramel sauce),
salads, burgers without the bun. I assume he
didn't drink soda, and the article says he didn't touch any of those famous fries.

I chuckled over a doctor interviewed for GMA who said the man's current diet of 1500 calories a day
was a "starvation" diet. Here's a guy who was
over 200 pounds, very unhealthy, a candidate for
heart disease and an early death that managed to
lose 80 pounds--and all the doc can do is gripe
that he's eating less than 1500 calories a day?
You can eat anywhere and live a normal life while
losing weight--and then maintain it. I think
this guy's diet at McD's is a bit radical, in
that most people won't be able to resist fries
or a bun on their burger. Not everyone can eat
at McDonald's every day. Not everyone can eat
salads everyday. But there's no reason why
you can't enjoy McDonald's food if you're
reasonable.

Intrigued? Wait until you hear this next one.

A recent study has shown that eating large
breakfasts with high-carb and high-protein
items helped subjects lose weight, as long as
they ate low-carb and low-calorie the rest of
the day.

No magic here. The carbs (pancakes,
toast, oatmeal) manage hunger and get the
metabolism going early in the day. The
protein also helps satiate hunger. Having
a big breakfast with fruit and syrups and
things like pancakes also seemed to control
the "sweet tooth" cravings throughout the day.

My favorite quote in this article:

"Most weight loss studies have determined that
a very low carbohydrate diet is not a good
method to reduce weight." Right. Exactly.

Real people can't eat low-carb forever. It's
total deprivation. And it slows down your
metabolism. Lower carbs? Sure. Better
carbs? Absolutely.

Sounds to me like it only takes some minor
shifts in eating habits and a policy of
moderation to get some results. Hmmm...

Easy, Fr e e Way To Lose Extra Pounds

California researchers have discovered an easy, fr e e way for you to
lose extra pounds. Guess what it is?

Drink three more glasses of water a day!

Too hard, you say? Then make it easy on yourself, something you don't have to think about. Drink a glass of water when you wake up, while the coffee's brewing. Drink water with lunch. Drink water with dinner. There's your three!

I have water at my bedside each night and sip it while I do my bedtime reading or wake up during the night. I usually end up drinking the whole thing. There's another glass down the hatch!

The news gets even better: replace two sugary beverages a day with water, and the average weight loss was an extra FIVE pounds in a year. That's average. It could be even more!

What are sugary drinks? Soda, juice, stuff like Crystal Light.

For details on the study, go to:

Not only do you lose weight, but anything with real or artificial sweetener isn't good for you, anyway The real sugar causes you to gain weight and the artificial sweetener puts chemicals in your body that cause terrible side effects, and make your pancreas think you're taking in "sweets" anyway.
If you don't think you have the discipline to eat right or exercise, at least start to help yourself by doing something this easy. Five pounds is five pounds!

Easy Way To Lose Weight

How can you apply the 80/20 rule to your eating habits and Lose Weight?

I want to remind you of a principle
that can help you find balance in just about
any area of your life--including your weight.

When I was in college management classes we
learned about the "Pareto Principle". Yawn.

It's called the "80/20 rule".

Unfortunately, I didn't find it useful until
I was a productive adult and actually had
"stuff" to manage.

Now I apply it to everything, most especially
housework (if 80% of the house is clean, no one
will notice the other 20%!).

You've probably heard it said that 20% of the
employees create 80% of the profits. 20% of
the customers represent 80% of the revenue.
And so on.

How can you apply the 80/20 rule to your
eating habits?

Simple.

20% of the things you eat affect 80% of your
current weight. In other words, find the 20%
of the foods you eat or drink that make up 80%
of your weight gain. Cut out that 20% and you'll
get results.

Example? A can of soda. 60g of carbs and
goodness only knows how much sugar. Cut out
that soda entirely and see how it affects your
weight.

Pasta three times a week? Cut it down to once.
See what happens.

Snack cakes? Bagels? Donuts? Ice cream?
Potato chips? Are they staples in your diet?

Get the most "bang for your buck" and replace
them with just-as-tasty options, or eat them 80%
less often.. See what kind of a difference it
makes.

I guess what I'm saying is that traditional
dieters try to change everything. They feel
they can't eat anything with fat or calories
or carbs. Bye-bye happiness, hello misery.

I believe "real people" can get similar--or
superior--results by simply changing 20% of
what they eat.

In case you're curious...what was my 20% when
I started losing weight? Soda and pasta,
smoothies and pirogies.

Easy Way To Lose Weight -

A short review. - Aerobics and Fitness Craze

Back in the 1980's,people started the aerobic craze and fitness crazes. Plus, "nutritional science" reached an amazing level from 1975 to present. A whole new industry was born including weight loss and diet books.

Yet, obesity statistics shot up first with just 5% of people in the modern countries (not just the United States) were becoming labeled "Obese."

Just a few years later this obesity stat jumped from 5% to 25% (which was unheard of and frightening to the general public at large.

Now it seems to be accepted that some 40% of US citizens are obese -- and shockingly, this stat was just recently revised with estimates suggesting between 55%-62% of Americans alone are now categorized as obese!

Although we are considered, not just as a nation, but as a planet to be an advanced race of humanity Still, people are getting FATTER and FATTER! Why???

This just makes so much sense and really is a quick way to lose weight and an easy way to lose weight...

Seven-and-a-half hours of sleep or more is what you need if you want to lose weight and stay healthy.

Still struggling to lose weight?

Are you dieting and still struggling to lose weight? Are you experiencing general poor health and wondering why nothing's working?

Well, it appears that getting less than 7.5 hours of sleep a night may have a really detrimental affect on your overall health, let alone weight.

A Japanese study of 1200 adults with high blood pressure showed that those who
got less than 7.5 hours of sleep a night were 68% more likely to have a heart attack,
stroke or death from cardiac arrest. Here's the link:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,449926,00.html

Funny how the magic number is 7.5 hours...not 7, or around 7. Seven-and-a-half
to lose weight and stay healthy.

Wow. 68% more likely. All because of sleep. That's sobering.

If sleep is that powerful, how does it affect your ability to lose--or gain--weight?

According to this article at WebMd.com, sleep does two things:
Makes you feel hungry even if you are full. Sleep loss has been shown to affect the secretion of cortisol, a hormone that regulates appetite. As a result, individuals who lose sleep may continue to feel hungry despite adequate food intake.

Increases fat storage. Sleep loss may interfere with the body's ability to metabolize carbohydrates, which leads to high levels of blood sugar. Excess blood sugar promotes the overproduction of insulin, which can lead to the storage of body fat and insulin resistance, a critical step into the development of diabetes.
The article on the Japanese study notes that lack of sleep has been linked to
diabetes and obesity.

Does getting more sleep seem impossible to you?

It used to be impossible for me. My bedtime had been 11 p.m. for as long as I
could remember, no matter what my family life or professional life looked like. This
year I decided to start getting up at 5 a.m. to work and have quiet time. I changed
my bedtime to 8:30 p.m. and aimed to be asleep by 9 p.m. each night. I don't
always achieve that, but I'm usually asleep by 9:30 p.m.
I always
have one good book I'm reading, and that's my time to read it. Just like our "Real
People Don't Diet" strategy, I try to "trick" myself into desiring to do the healthy
thing because I want to, not because I have to. You can do the same thing. What's
an activity you enjoy that you can set aside at a certain time each night? Figure it
out, and change your habit. It only took me about 10 days to get into a rhythm.
So if you find it hard to eat right, but think you can manage to sleep and drink water,
give these two strategies a try: 7.5 hours of sleep a night and 3 more glasses of water.
