Also, this is a picture of Tom (not me!) When most people look for this type of food, they have heard the rumors that such a magical food exists, in which you eat it and it burns more calories in digestion than it gives to your body. Fat Burning Foods - Foods to Eat for Maximum Fat Burning

Watch the pounds just melt away. I know I have. But I'm not done yet. I'm a big guy, and have been working out since high school. But to see me, you could tell I was big, but had no definition in my muscles. I decided to change all this last year and started reading everything I could get my hands on about diet, nutrition, exercise, and body building.
