Having had a heart attack in 1985 at age 48 I didn't take nutrition and health as seriously as I should have. After having several more heart attacks and eventually a total of six stents put in my heart I've finally researched the relationship between what we eat and our health.

This lens is the result of several years of research and how I believe you can live healthier for many years. It's not all in the food but food is the major factor.
