Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type
For the past eight years, I have been on this health changing lifestyle. The way that I found out about this was by happenstance. One spring day, I was suffering horribly from head congestion. I thought that it was either allergies or a spring cold. So I went to the nearest health food store in my neighborhood to get Vitamin C tablets. Inside the store, I met the lady who changed my physical life.
I regret that I don't know her name. If fact, I don't think that I even asked her what her name was. She was the owner of the healthfood store. I told her that I was coming to get some Vitamin C tablets. She asked me what was my blood type. I thought that this was a weird question but I told her B positive . She proceeded to tell me what foods I was allergic to and that I should avoid. I asked her how did she know this and she showed me the book "Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type".
This was my first experience with this amazing book. Since that time, I have purchased this book for friends and family members who were suffering from various diseases. From March, 2003, I have been on this remarkable quest for better health.
I would like to introduce you to this remarkable book "Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type" written by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. It is packed with food nutrition, healthy eating tips, healthy foods, and a blood type diet. This book has literally changed my life.

What's Right for Each Blood Type
"Sauteed Grouper"

- Serves: 3-4
This is a recipe from "Cook Right 4 Your Type". It is highly beneficial for blood types A, B and AB. It is neutral for blood type O, which means it is just food, won't help but won't hurt to eat it.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to 11/2 lb. fresh grouper
- trimmed of bones and cut into finger sized pieces
- 1/4 cup quinoa flour
- salt
Instructions
In a large cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Roll grouper in the flour, shaking off excess. Slip each piece into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in small batches, adding more oil to the pan if necessary. Make sure the oil is very hot before adding the fish. Turn once whn nicely browned on one side, then cook another 3 to 4 minutes. Test for doneness. Pat off excess oil on a paper towel and serve.

- I purchased the original and it helped me recover from many of my health problems. I also use products from Garden of Life by Jordan Rubin. Great lens topic. Glad to hear you are doing better.

- Congrats on your own personal recovery. It is confusing to me that when I talk to people about just changing their eating habits to possibly improve their overall health, they refuse to do this easy fix but they will spend tons of money on medicines with severe side effects and doctors plus hospital fees...

- Several of my readers have asked for a complete listing of what foods are beneficial, what foods should be avoided and which foods are neutral for each blood type. The reason that I have not done this is because it is best to purchase the book since these lists are substantial and complete in the book. The book covers all foods and breaks them down for each blood type. This book is like my health bible. I refer to it constantly. I suggest that you do the same for best results.
