So, what does the eat stop eat results really look like? Sure it is a hyped up program, but does it really work, is it really delivering the results we all want?

To begin with, maybe I should give you my story. I have always been struggling to keep my weight down. I always used to feet like eating something. And sure did I eat. Whenever I tried to lose weight it was pure terror every second, honestly. I was just so hungry. Any attempt at losing weight usually lasted for like a week, then I relapsed on lots and lots of junk food, cookies, candy, soda, and so on. Back to square one. This sure was a vicious cycle. This lasted for many many years.

Finally I was so over weight it started to become dangerous. I was also in the risk zone of getting diabates. I decided that this was enough. I HAD to find a way of getting my weight down and my health back. I started doing some pretty intense research. Started to notice something called intermittent fasting. A very simple thing really. You eat for a few hours, then you don't for many many hours. This is supposed to eradice hunger a lot for many people, and it is also supposed to increase fat metabolism and various health aspects.

It sure felt like a whole new concept tho. I didn't know where to start. How many hours should I fast? What times of the day was best suited for fasting respective eating? What foods should I eat? Isn't it dangerous to eat this way? We always hear about how important it is to eat many times a day. I started to looking for a guide on the topic and found Eat Stop Eat. It honestly provided me the exact information I needed to take on this project. It answered every little questions I had, and made me learn a lot more.

So, how are the eat stop eat results for me? Well, I have lost about 45 pounds since I began the process of intermittent fasting with help of eat stop eat. And frankly, it haven't been especially demanding. The methods, the guides, provides exactly what to do on a day to day basis to lose weight in an effortless and effective way.

Sure, you could maybe obtain the info needed to get these kind of results by doing your own research, but it would be a tedious task, I tell you. You would have to spend many weeks, months and really get down to it, and you wouldn't be sure of what to think anyway... That's what I did. When I first read Eat Stop Eat, certain things were familiar, but about 60-70 percent was completely new to me, it was really crucial and eye opening stuff.     That's a great job on losing all that weight. It looks like Eat Stop Eat made a difference in your life. I know it did in mine. I've been using the program now for almost two months now and and have lost more than 35 pounds.
