1. Take off one thing on a sandwich or burger, except the vegetables. Leave these on!

2. At Subway when you order a sandwich and you put mayonnaise on your sub, ask for the fat free mayo in packets those have a lot less calories than the mayo in the bottles.

3. When you order pizza order it with no cheese then go and buy fat free or healthier version of cheese, put it on and cook it in oven until the cheese is melted and the pizza is done.

4. Get diet soda instead of regular, add Splenda if you want your soda sweeter.

5. When you order a salad, get fat free dressing or make your own out of a healthy oil such as olive and flavored vinegar.

6. Don't get cheese on your subs because more than likely you wont even know its not there.

7. There is fat free Miracle Whip with only 15 calories per serving, it comes in a red jar. This saves you about 80 calories from regular mayonnaise.

8. Drink one cup of water before your meals, maybe you wont be so hungry.

9. Take a smaller plate at meal times, it may trick your mind to eat less.

10. When at a buffet, hit the salad bar first, then you may be full off vegetables and fruits and eat less unhealthy foods.

11. Start out with the right serving sizes of food on your plate and if you are still hungry when done, get another serving.

12. When making eggs, take out the yolk, or half of it if you cant resist.

13. When using condiments, use a healthier version such as fat or calorie free. If you still want that good taste then mix half regular with half reduced.

14. Brush your teeth so you get that minty taste and don't want to eat, wait for awhile to see if you weren't really hungry, then if you are still hungry after the taste goes away eat.

15. Don't eat in front of any form of entertainment or anything that distracts you, you may end up over eating.
