While this is no where as good as the promotions that eBay sometimes runs in conjunction with Paypal, it is much more reliable as any eBay buyer can take advantage of it.
Discount through Big Crumbs

This is a bit harder to explain than the other discounts I've posted on Squidoo, but here's my best shot. Rather than a set flat or percentage based discount, eBay and Big Crumbs offer a discount that is based on the amount of revenue that eBay receives from a seller (basically the fees that the seller pays to post his or her item on eBay). To be exact, by signing up with Big Crumbs and then placing your bid (or buy-it-now) on eBay, you get 27% of the revenue that eBay receives from the sale of the item.
Like I mentioned above, you won't get nearly as much from this as you might get if you've been personally sent a coupon by Paypal, but those are much rarer, and only work if they've activated it for your account.*
*I've had several unfortunate experiences where I've tried to apply a discount that I found on an online coupon site for eBay. It applies the discount when you checkout (and commit to paying for the item), but when you go to pay with Paypal it takes away the discount. Not good...
