When someone buys something from you on eBay, they are supposed to rate the item they received and you as a seller by leaving what's called - feedback. And you as a seller will also be able to leave feedback for the buyer.

This system helps other buyers know if you're a reputable seller and they can be confident when they buy from you. You will basically receive 1 point of feedback for every item you sell.

Now not every buyer will leave feedback for you. So for example if you sell 100 items you may only have a feedback of 80. And you want that 80 to all be POSITIVE!

So decide BEFORE you sell on eBay, to give excellent customer service!
