Do I Have The Ebay Fever...
Why Make a Lens?
Are We Done Yet?
You know with every action we take we have something else to do. We are never finished...ever! My boss calls this life. The fact is we can put that to good use. I like the idea of taking every step into the RIGHT direction. Now WOULDN'T that be nice. I know every step won't be but if you plan, pay attention, and be smart about it...every step could COUNT. So this lens is for me to talk. Just kinda walk through my steps as I take them correcting myself as I go. somewhere to keep track of progress and have a place to go for getting on the right path. I will have all the links that are making a difference here as well as documenting my missteps. If someone else gets something out of this all the better!

Traffic, Traffic, Traffic
Did you notice the Attempt at My Practicing HTML?
I did make 2 mores sales this week but I am disappointed at the small amount of traffic I am getting. I changed some things in a few listings. Such as, Title, description and I continued to "Bump" the ones I made changes to. This did end up with a few extra clicks and 2 books sold. Two words...MORE TRAFFIC! The first thing I did was refer back to some of my bookmarked links on creating a listing (see below). I read until 3am most nights, and then got up for work at 6am! But hey I can't sleep for thinking about what the next step should be. I would say every site had one MAJOR thing in common...You guessed it MORE TRAFFIC. Some of the links I am studying are below and I will summarize my Plan of Attack before the weekend is over.

New Stats
OK It's 51 Days since my 1st sale, and 13 sales so far. I had been wondering at 4 feedback and 11 sales why I had not received more feedback?. It was Friday night I logged in and there it was...Feedback number 5...I couldn't wait I clicked it and there it was...Happy with the books and the shipping. HERE IT COMES.....Disappointed about cigarette smell. I had to pick myself up. I had been reading and studying and taking notes and watching videos and reading out loud...packaged to perfection. It was a DUH moment (I HATE THOSE) So now I'm at 13 sales 5 feedback. If the others don't rate me...well I hope they are not unhappy, but no feedback is better than neutral or God forbid Negative.
I should have known better. What I did is went straight over to the Forum on Feedback on Ebay. Told them my dilemma and received lots of good advice. I have moved the books into a smoke free room and Saturday will be seven days...no smoking!

BUMP!!!?!!!
If You Stop By...Say Hi!
It is Thursday night...No sales last weekend. OK time for Phase 2. It appears I am not getting many people clicking on my Auctions. I am going to start with traffic. I have been "Bumping" my Auctions...: } Every time I do I get a few more clicks on my auctions. Tonight I have 15 listings and 3 with watchers. If they don't bite~ it has to be price or shipping cost...Or description. I know my photos wreak but I have been playing with lighting and I guess my camera is the problem. Got to sell more in order to get a new one. Off to go bump in the night LOL!

- Sonaprint, you might want to stop your photo gallery from automatically scrolling. It causes everything below it to "bounce" since all your images aren't the same height, and makes it hard to type here. Otherwise, nice lens with some great information about selling on eBay!
