I provide consulting in two primary areas:
Green Retrofits for Commercial Properties - Project management of green building initiatives and retrofits including all phases of property design, lighting design, irrigation system optimization, water conservation, HVAC design, cool roof applications, rainwater harvesting, grey water systems, xeriscaping, etc.
I work as a liaison between the client, the contractors and service providers and the various municipalities as needed. Based on the application I recommend either LEED certification or Energy Star certification. I believe strongly that a certification should ONLY be pursued if there is a quantifiable positive return associated with it.
Green Business Strategy Development - Increase revenues and ROI through sustainable business practices, effective green branding, and implementation of a sustainable strategy.
In both areas I coordinate all green elements of your project, from inception to completion, including, but not limited to:
* Project goal planning
* Vendor research and recommendations
* Project budget planning
* Green feasibility studies
* Current business assessment
* Green opportunity assessment
* Green marketing plan
