Finding the RSS Feeds 

RSS Feeds for Categories
To find the RSS Feed for an entire category open the category page and find the rss button at the bottom of the page.


Generate RSS Feeds from Search
To generate an rss feed from a search in your store first select "advanced search". In the advanced search form insert the criteria you would like to have displayed in your rss feed, then click search.

The rss feed button will be at the bottom of the search result page.

Using eCrater RSS Feed on Squidoo 

You can easily display your eCrater items on Squidoo coplete with "Buy Now" buttons.

Make sure excerpt is set to "Everything Available" and display HTML is set to "Yes".

Make your RSS Feeds Look Better on Squidoo 

Squidoo doesn't support tables so the elements in the feeds aren't aligned as nicely on Squidoo as they could be. The wonderful lensmaster thefluffanutta has developed a Yahoo Pipe for ecrater feeds to use on Squidoo that makes them look much nicer.

Using Feedburner with eCrater Feeds 

Feedburner allows anyone to track rss stats and promote their feeds with various tools. Simply visit feedburner.com and enter your rss feed.

Using Feedburner BuzzBoost to Display your eCrater Items 

One of the most useful tools Feedburner has is BuzzBoost, a tools that allows you to convert an rss feed to a snippet of javascript. You can then input this into any website that allows you to use javascript such as a personal webpage or blog.

After burning your feed with Feedburner select the Publicize tab and then the BuzzBoost link on that page.



After clicking Activate you will be given a snippet of javascript. Copy and paste that into the page where you want the rss feed to display.
