How to live with eczema without suffering
Because i understand the pain of eczema, i am writing this lense to let you know how i have coped with the condition without the stress caused by it. I will particularly stress what remedy i have adopted to alleviate the condition.
I only learnt of eczema in my adulthood.
A day in life with eczema
Most of the time eczema is very itchy and I mean really itchy! Whenever it kicks in, I would want to be all alone so that I can scratch myself until I achieve some relief but of course by this time, the skin would be very sore and or even bleeding. Disturbingly, like in my case, the itching would occur in places that I would not want somebody see me touching and that is one of the reasons why I would want to be on my own. My experience again is that once I have a shower, I tend to have relief from the irritation. But this takes a reasonably short time before the irritation resumes.
Incidentally I took very long before I went to the doctor and that was because I felt a bit nervous of opening up myself to somebody as I was affected in the most intimate areas.
Nevertheless, due to the ferocity of the condition I resolved to visit the doctor and the verdict follows.
You are going to live with eczema all your life!
I must say the doctor was very kind enough but although I was nervous to open up myself to her, she really made me feel at ease. After examining me, she told me the eczema was very bad and so she prescribed some creams for me. However, the worst news was that I would have to live with the disease for the rest of my life as there is no cure at the moment and that most skin diseases are difficult to cure. The cream really helped to reduce the ferocity of the condition but I could not live on it for long because it has its own side effects including thinning of the skin which would make the condition worse.
My miracle cream
It was actually prescribed by the doctor and she emphasized that I needed to REPLACE the entire Soap substitutes and shower substitutes with this little cream because they contain alkaline that is unsuitable for the dry skin.
And for sure when I tried it, I have not gone back to the fancy shower gels at all. I use it to wash my body and sometimes I apply it liberally on my body after the shower or bath. I have been using this cream in this way for more than two years now and I can say that for the first time I live a near to normal life although the eczema is not eliminated, I sometimes forget that it is here with me! You can buy this cream online at www.amazon.com.
Once again, it is vital to reiterate that aqueous cream may be your ultimate control and comfort but it is always important to seek medical advice.
