What exactly is stress doing to you?

There just never seems to be enough time in the day to get everything done. Sound familiar? We think we don't have enough time or that time is running out for us to get where we are going - literally and figuratively. And it is this belief of not getting anywhere in our life which causes us to become anxious and stressed-out.

Some people only feel like this every now and then but for most people this thought process and these feelings are around all the time. The effects this kind of stress has on the body is dangerous and can lead to serious illness.
