Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

1 bagel, your favorite flavor of course
1 egg
1 slice of Canadian Bacon
Apricot Jam
Soft spread butter

Cut your favorite bagel in two pieces and put in your Egg and Muffin Toaster with wide slots, crack the egg into the egg poacher tray and place the Canadian Bacon in the meat warmer area. Turn all on and cook until the egg is hard-cooked and bagel is toasted. I spread a light coating of butter on the bagel and spread a little apricot jam on one of the bagels. Layer the egg and bacon on the bagel, cover with the other half and you have a delicious, easy and quick sandwich.

Lox, Cream Cheese and Bagel
