Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped ginger
- 1 finely chopped spring onion
- 1 finely chopped red pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Heat a wok and add a small amount of vegetable oil.
2. Toss in onion, ginger, spring onion and red pepper.
3. Stir fry on medium heat until the onion starts to turn brown.
4. Add in the egg and scramble it together with the vegetables.
5. When egg is set, add the cup of rice. Stir fry on high heat.
6. Serve.
